Individuals are becoming weaker and more vulnerable to the possible misuse of technology by state, parastate or economic organisations, since they are unable to prove possible psychological intimidation imposed on them in multiple ways during their electronic interconnection. Although technology is used by the masses, only few acquire the necessary knowledge required to manipulate the data and record possible intimidation.
Thus the possible victims of Electronic torture, a notion formulated only recently, are usually not able to provide any proof of their sustained intimidation.Furthermore with the inability of the few against colossal companies, state or deep state mechanisms aremore likely to keep quiet.
